ARRIVED. AUGUST 31. Kahika, s.s. 528 tons, 3.30 a.m., from Wellington. SAILED. AUGUST 31. Kaimai, s.s. 784 tons, 12.30 a.m., for Wellington. IN PORT. Nil. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Ihumata, Wanganui, to-day. Alexander. Wellington, to-day. Piri, Melbourne, early. PROJECTED DEPARTURES. Ihumata, Sydney, early. Kahika, Wellington, early. SHIPPING NOTES. The Kaimai sailed shortly yesterday with coal, timber and general cargo for Miramar, Wellnigton and New Plymouth. The Kahika arrived yesterday from Wellington. She is loading coal for the same port. The Alexander is due to-day from Wellington, via Westport, with general cargo. After discharge she loads coal for Tarakohe. The Kaitoa leaves Onehunga to-day for Nelson, Westport and Greymouth with general cargo. The Ihumata is due from Wanganui to-day, and will logd a cargo of timber.
