THE WEATHER.
WELLINGTON, July 10. Mr. D. C. Bates reports: The present indications are for moderate to strong northerly winds, giving place' to increasing southwesterlies after about 20 hours, the weather being dull and misty with rain probable generally- and snow on the higher levels. There will be a cold snap following. The barometer is due to rise everywhere shortly.
