M. 8.0.8. BALL. Dance lovers are again reminded that to-night at the St Calumba Hall the Marist Old Boys hold one of their balls, which have made them famous in the past. For the past few days an energetic Committee have been decorating the hall in a way which will equal anything that has been seen in the way of decorations in Greymouth. The Blaketown Orchestra will render music which will make even the most woeful of the dancers forget his or her troubles, and the floor is in such condition as will assist the orchestra in their attempts to make the evening a success. The supper will be every' thing that a supper should be, and will appeal to the most fastidious. The funds will be devoted to sending the Marist Third Graders on a tour of Canterbury, and as these boys have an unbeaten record, the public should ) attend in force, and help them to display their football abilities on' the other side of the ranges.
