REVOLT IN RUSSIA.
A TURKISH STORY. LONDON, April 8. A curious message from Angora states that an active revolt has broken out in Russia against Soviet rule. Details of the revolt are lacking, but it is confirmed that the movement is a monarchial one. Risings in the South. r FIGHTING REPORTED. LONDON, April 4. There are reports again current of anti-Bolshevik risings in the Ukraine and other provinces of Russia. The Daily News Constantinople cor respondent states:— Troops have been sent against the anti-Soviet insurgents, and fierce encounters have occurred in several districts, with heavy casualties. . .
