At the Sugar Company s half-yearly meeting next month, it is proposed to ask shareholders to agree to capitalising £975,000 reserve fund, representing undivided profils in the form of a bonus issue. The proposal is to issue 48,750 shares of £2O each, in the proportion of one to every , five now held.
