MINISTERIAL VISIT.
WESTPORT HARBOUR. (Special to “Argus'’). \\ ESTPORT, December 8. In a wire to Mr 11. E. Holland, the Minister of Mines last night stated: — “1 shall reach Greymoutn on ►Saturday, and I leave there on Monday for Westport, but it will probably be late at night before I arrive. I suggest that I inspect the harbour and flood damage on Tuesday, and receive deputations in the evening. If possible, 1 desire to catch the steamer leaving Nelson for Wellington on Wednesday 'evening. ’ ’
