After a comprehensive discussion, a common ground was reached in the following motions, which were adopted unanimously:— (1) That the Board’s London Agency he instructed to arrange a meeting of all the importers of New Zealand butter and cheese, for the purpose of selecting a Committee of three. (2) That the Board’s London Agency with the London Manager present, shall confer with such Committee cf Lnipf.rters from time to time, for the purpose of naming the prices which shall be the selling prices or butter and i-hoese for the time being. (3) If both of the Producers’ members of the Board’s London Agency tail to agree to. the price so named, lien, in such case, tin* London Agencv nay itself name the prices for all buter and cheese.
