HOKITIKA, October 27. lhe Borough Council are cutting the grass on Cass Square, which was getting on the usual spring growth, and 'Mien finished, it should be a decided improvement in the appearance of our recreation area. Now that the Council have their up-to-date tar-sealing plant, it would be a good tiling to finish off the track by tar sealing it, also Hhe side walks.
