The prospectus and articles of the ssociation of the New Zealand Cricket, l.imiletl, (Joy., which has been formed io linanco a tour of the Now 7.- aland cricket team to England next year, have now been completed, and will be issued in the course' of a low days. The capital of the Company is L‘l ( >,(ioo, divided into £1 shares. Ton shillings g;i each share will bo paid < n application, and the remaining ten shillings may be called up in five shilling calls at intervals of not less than on ■ calendar month. The directors arc not to receive any remuneration, and before thev can proceed to allotment 3000 share* must be subscribed. The directors of the Company, each of whom has taken fifty shares each, are: Daniel Reese, Christchurch, merchant; Erederick Earl, barrister, Auckland; Sir Francis Henry Dillon Bell, Wellington, barrister; Louis Joseph Joel, Dnneiliii, accountant; John Stephen Barrett, Christchurch, barrister; William TTinness Winsor, Christchurch, building contractor; Ernest Robson Cavgill. Christchurch, sharebroker; Arthur Telford Donnelly, Christchurch, barrister; Henry Morgan Taylor, Christchurch, company manager. The secretaries of the Company are Messrs J. r. Peake and A. E. Byrne, Christchurch.
