TRIAL FOR CORRUPTION. JURY FAIL TO AGREE. (Received October 12 at 10 p.m.) NEW YORK,, October 11. The jury in the Daugherty-Miller trial disagreed after sixty-five hours deliberation. Judge Mack several times refused to accept a disagreement, owing to the cost in time and money involve by the proceedings, but he eventually was compelled to discharge the jury without a verdict
