Chamberlain said that he was satisfied from inquiries the InterAllied Military Control Commission has not sent a note to Germany on the subject of armaments. Two European police sergeants and four Chinese crew of a police patrol motor boat, were captured by Chinese pickets on the Samchun River, on the British border.
