PUBLIC NOTICES. GREY ELECTRIC POWER BOARD. PROPOSED BY-LAW. Notice is hereby given that the following resolution was passed at a Spe-1 cial Meeting of the Grey Electric Power Board held at the Board’s office, Mackay Street, Greymouth, on the 29th <da.y of June, 1926; viz:— ‘ ‘ln pursuance of the power and provisions contained in the “Electric Power Board’s Act, 1925,” and in pursuance of all and .every other powers contained in any olher Act enabling it in that behalf, the Grey Electric Power Board doth hereby make, by way of Special Order, a by-law for the purpose of (a) Regulating the use and management of the electric works belonging to the Board so as to secure the safety of persons from injury by reason cf such use. (b) Protecting the electric works and other property belonging to the Board from damage and injury. (c) The more effectually carrying out the objects of the “Electric Power Boards Act, 1925.” The above resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Board to be held at the Board’s office, Mackay Street, Greymouth, on the 18th day of August 1926, at 7.30 p.m. The objects and purport of the proposed by-law are as stated in the above resolution under headings (a), (b) and (c). A full copy of the said proposed Bylaw is deposited at the office of the Board, Mackay Street, Greymouth, and at the offices of the local authorities of each constituent district, viz: Greymouth Borough Council. Cobden Town Board, Runanga Borough Council, Grey County Council and Brunner Borough Council, and is open to the inspection of tho public during office hours until the said 18th day of August 1926. A.
