EAST SCOTLAND MATCH. LONDON, July 20. At Perth, Eastern Districts played against the Australians a one-day match. The weather was fine, after rain yesterday, the wicket drying rapidly. Ferguson won the toss for the Eastern Districts. The Australians omitted Collins, Hendry and Woodfull. Scotland were dismissed for 120. Australia opened badly, losing three wickets for 38, then Taylor and Oldfield in a profitable partnership yielding 77, changed the complexion of tire game.
