IMPERIAL CONFERENCE DELAYED. LONDON, July 7. The general elections in Canada have again focussed attention on the possibility of the postponing of the Imperial Conference. Canadian circles in London assert that it will be impossible for the new Canadian Prime Minister to leave Ottawa so soon after the election to attend at the original date. It is thought that a postponement will be favourably considered.
