The 500 c.c. srateh race recently run on Brooklands resulted in a win for Victor Horsman (Triumph), at an aver age speed of 92.57 m.p.h. The 250 c.c. race was won by W. L. Handley on his Blackburne-engined Rex Acme, his speed being 76.03 m.p.h. His was a runaway victory.
