SHIPPING NOTES. The Kartigi is expected to-day from Wellington. She loads timber on arrival for Sydney. The Kaitangata is due early to load timber for Melbourne. The Kamona is due about Friday next from Westport to load coal for Wellington and Napier. The Inga is expected from Gisborne shortly and will load a cargo of timber for Sydney. The Wingatui was expected to load Greymouth cargo at Dunedin on Tuesday for transhipment at Wellington. The Waimea left Wellington yesterday for Westport and Greymouth with general cargo. After discharge she loads timber for Petone. The Opua is due on Friday from Timaru, via Lyttelton, Nelson and Westport, with general cargo. After discharge she loads coal for Nelson. The Alexander left Picton yesterday and leaves Wellington on Friday for Greymouth, via Nelson and Westport.
