REFORM CAUCUS. WELLINGTON, June 18.. The Reform Party met in caucus tonight, and the Chief Whip, Mr J. S. Dickson, later issued a statement that the following resolutions were unanimously approved by the members present: — That this meeting of members of the Government Party in the House of Representatives desires to extend to the Prime Minister its heartiest congratulations on the splendid victory achieved at the general election whic was largely due to the sound and progressive policy upon which the country was asked to pronounce a verdict, and also to the able manner in which the policy was expounded by the Prime Minister. (2) That the. meeting further desires to express its complete confidence i« the Prime Minister, and the Government, and pledges'' itself to assist in the fullest degree the passing of the various policy measures designed._to give effect to the platform of the Party.
