ISLE OF MAN CONTEST. LONDON, June 18. The Isle of Man senior tourist trophy was won by Stanley Woods in 3 hours 54 mins 39 4-5 sees, his average being 67.54 miles hourly, a new full course record for 264 miles. Next came Handley 3hrs 59mins 0 2-ssecs; ,Longman 4hrs Omins 0 l-ssecs; Craig 4hrs 44mins 7secs. Simpson put up a second lap record of thirty-two minutes nine secQirds, an average of 70.4.1 miles an hour. Moller, the New Zealander, retired in the fifth lap owing to engine trouble. Altogether thirty retired from fifty-seven starters. There were many crashes, but nothing worse than slight concussion is reported.
