MACK IK’S NFAV RECORD. TIMARU, March 27. At a bicycle sports meeting -here today W. Mackie (Christchurch) lowered the five mile motor-paced record, his lime, being 8.10 2-5 held by J. his lime being 8.10 2-5 secs'. The Nc.w Zealand record previously held by J. Fitzgerald (Australia), was 8.57. In the half and quarter mile match races, M. Fitzgerald (Victoria) easily beat \\. Mackie (Christ(hurchh).
