IN A WEEK. Big U.S.A. Snowfall. (Recd. Feb. 11 at 10 p.m.) NEW YORK. Feb. 10 ■ Another blizzard, the second within I a week, swept the Middle, Western and , North Atlantic States. Another foot of snow has fallen in New York, which is still extricating it- . self from the previous storm. All transportation is delayed and I some is entirely suspended. The temperatures are below zero in New England and in Nol t hern New York, and this Jias increased the suffering, along with winds attaining a fifty mile velocity. Twelve deaths are already reported from street and maritime accidents and exposure. The Department of Agriculture officials stated both storms would be beneficial to farmers. There is a blanket of snow covering the winter wheat, oats and rye crops, thereby preventing them being frozen.
