The im- | mediate programme of the Communist ‘ Party included meetings throughout the whole country On the 26th of JanJuary, at which honour will be paid to I Lenin. Mr Stachel’s statement was elicited as the result of a declaration made by Elon Hooker, a prominent publicist that the Communists had spent seven hundred thousand dollars.
