ALSACE LORRAINE.
—— • DU’LOMAT AIKS Ills VIEW. J’AKIS. Jan. 18. M. Rakovsky, who was recently up pointed Soviet Ambassador in expectation of restoring Franco-Kussian rela tions, caused deep official resentment by an extraordinary outburst, in which he declared that Alsace-Lorraine should by right be restored to Germany. It is expected that the French Government will demand his recall.
