REEFTON NOTES
(Our own Correspondent) The death occurred nn Monday morning of Mrs Mary Elizabeth McEwan of Crushington. The deceased was 69 years of age, and had resided in this district for almost 50 years. She is survived by a family of four daughters and three sons, Mesdames Brundle (Christchurch), Russell (Hukarere), Duggan and McHenry (Blacks Point), and Messrs John and William (Waiuta), and Alfred (Christchurch). The interment takes place in the town cemetery this afternoon (Wednesday), the funeral leaving Mrs McHenry’s residence, Blacks Point, at 1.30 p.m.
