UNLICENSED CIDER SALES. NELSON, August 10. Yee Dun. a Chinese storekeeper, was fined £5 on two charges of selling cider without a license. The Magistrate, Mr T. E. Maunsell, said: “Legislation seems to be badly needed in regard to the sale of cider’. I hear of cases all over the district. There seems to be no control over it.”
