ENGLISH CONTEST. LONDON, Argust 5. The twenty rounds 9st 21b contest between Johnny Curley, featherweight champion of England, and Joe Fox was drawn. UPROAR FOLLOWS CONTEST. VERDICT UNPOPULAR. [Reuter Cablegram.] LONDON, August 5. T.a the Fox-Curly fight, an uproar followed the verdict. Chairs were hurled into the ring. Mais' of the spectators were trampled, but there were no casualties. The other contests were abandoned. Fox was the better at the start. Curly, after a caution for hitting low, improved and frequently scored with the left.
