THE HISTORY OF BARNETTS’ THE CHEMISTS A slight change i’a the personnel of the well known firm of Barnett and Co., the Chemists, has occurred. This business was established 47 years ago at Kumara by Mr W. Barnett- senr. In 1886 he shifted operations to Christchurch and finally he retired leaving the business in the hands of his two sens Mr S. F. Barnett and Mr W, J. F. Barnett. Now Mr W. J. F. Burnett has retired and Mr S. F. Barnett is in sole charge. Mr S. F.
