BY THE UNIONISTS. MELBOURNE, August 3. At a meeting of the Seamen’s Unicn to-day the strike settlement was ratified.’ A RUSH FOR WORK. SYDNEY, August 3. The Marine Transport Group tc-dar unanimously .adopted the report of the Melbourne Disputes Committee on the terms of settlement of the shipping disputes. The seamen to-day rushed the shinping master’s office in search of work, fully' one thousand men reporting. A general resumption is not expected before Thursday.
