The body of William Crisp, who was entombed at Rothbury C lliery on July 21 has been recovered. SHIPPING LITIGATION. SYDNEY, August 3. The long litigation between the Limerick Steamship Coy and the Commonwealth Government, from March 14th, 1924, has ended. An appeal was filed by the Company in the High Court | against the last order of the High I Court, rescinding the order of the Bu Upreme Court which granted the Com pany leave to appeal to the Privv Council. When the matter was me’ ' tioned i.i the High Court t > lay. Iconsent, the appeal was struck uith costs.
