(To the Editor.) Sir, —I harp road ■with pleasure tho reply to my letter of 27 7/1925 by Mr \. G. Gunn, chairman of the Cobdeni Town Hoard, and he has not tried to answer my statements in a manner worthv of the position he holds, but has .just side-tracked the issue, and 1 shows he either deliberately does fh’.s or is not aware of the position, whi?h he should he conversant with, as chairman of tho Cobden Town Board.
