FRANCO-SPANISH OFFENSIVE. MADRID, July 26. The Franco-Spanish conference agreed to reciprocate in any provisional rights of pursuit in and flights over both the French and Spanish zones. It is reliably learned that large scale operations are to be undertaken in the Spanish zone cf Morocco, iinme diatelv afier the return of De Rivera to Tetuan. After an intensive bombardment a landing will be attempted at Adjir. Several columns will assemble in the upper valley of Mad kert in order to invade the territory cf the Gucsnays tribe, and take th-’ Riffs operating in the Wergha A'alley in the rear. AN ALLIANCE. MADRID. July’ 27. The Franco-Spanish conference has concluded. An agreement was signed with regard to Morocco, including a declaration that France or Spain will not make peace separately, also on the questions of contraband, the limitation of Franco-Spanish zones of influence, and political collaboration.
