BUNGLED FLIGHT
BY AUSTRALIAN AIR SQUADRON (Received July 1 at 7.10 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 1. Gut of a squadron of eleven aeroplanes which left Melbourne for the Richmond aerial base, only three reached Heir destination without a mishap. The others either developed engine trouble or struck trouble, chiefly in the shape of getting embedded in deep mud when landing. None of the mishaps was serious.
