A Government mandate has been issued appointing a commission to consider matitters in connection with the shanghai trouble. It is expected that a foreign commission -will now be appointed without delay. ' BRITISH NAVAL MOVEMENTS. BEATTY CONSULTED. LONDON, June 28. The “Sunday Times” says that Cabinet has reviewed the China situation. Earl Beatty was consulted, since when new movements of the Navy have been instituted, wherein at least one Australj inn light cruiser is participating simultaneously with the British and Indian /military units.
