The Government’s air programme would make Britain three times as strong as when they took office. This would involve only 60 per cent, of an increase in the air expenditure AERIAL MAIL SERVICE. CAPETOWN, June 15. After three months’ experiment, the Union Air Alail Service has been discontinued, on the ground that it is un_ remunerative. The last Hight, Cape Town to Durban, is being made today. From the flying point of view, the service has been a complete success ,and attaint'd one hundred per cent, efficiency, being well up to time : on every occasion, but support both from Britain and the Union was in_' adequate.
