THE WEATHER.
WELLINGTON, April 21. The present indications are for increasing easterly to northerly winds, northwards of Cook Strait, and northerlies to westerlies elsewhere. The weather will be dull and misty in many parts of the country, with rain following later. The barometer is falling evervwhere soon.
