RESTRICTIONS BEINF LIFTED. WELLINGTON, April 17. Cabinet to-day approved of the recommendation of the Ministei 0 Health that rill the secondary and technical schools throughout New Zealand shall open on Monday, April 20th. All tho restrictions made under Section 76 of Health Act will he lifted, including those over primary schools, as from the same day except Auckland South Health District in the North Island, and the Cunterburv and the Otago Health. District. Island. Southland is not included in the Otaago Health District.
