The Greymouth branch of the Society intends holding a “Shop” in the sample rooms opposite the Town Hall on Saturday next, for the purpose of raising funds to firmly establish the branch in Greymouth. Already the Com mi t tee have secured rooms at the Bank of Ne f w South Wales building for consulting and demonstrating, and a PlunKet Nurse will take up her residence here at the latter end of March. The '» nr ami furnishing of the rooms, and • lhe salary of the nurse have to be raised by public subscription, and it is for this reason the Committee are j holding the “Shop” on Saturday. May they be successful in their praiseworthy object!
