GEAR MEAT CO.
£64,000 PROFITS. WELLINGTON December 5. The eGar Meat, Company’s profit for the year was £64,661. A dividend is declared of 1/9 per share, less Gd interim dividend absorbing £28,750. The appropriation for taxes is £15,000 ami the amount carried forward £20,911. The Company has in hand a quantity of 444 per cent tax free debentures which will be distributed in the ratio of £1 for each share, by way of a special dividend.
