The“Tidens Tegn’s” Moscow corres pendent states that the Soviet authorities have been puzzled for some time by the rapidity with which important decisions made by the Soviet are made known to the British Government. Radek, in refuting the charge, threatened to expose other Soviet leaders, including Trotsky, who, he alleged, had received huge sums from American hankers.
The charge against Radek has been dropped, but the Soviet Secret Service is trying to discover how Radek sent the Zinovieff letter to England.
