Stout for public examination in bankruptcy, following the award of £l5OO damages against l;ln> as co-respondent in a divorce action. The Judge sail that bankrujit laid shown that he had no money since the divorce. here is no evidence to show that h had done away with any property. At orfler was made that Shannon had passel his public examination.
