THEIR SOLE HOPE. (Special to Argus.) WELLINGTON, JuJy 30. “We have doubled the taxation of the Customs, in order that we coil’d reduce, by half, J .he taxation of the wealthy people,” declared Mr 11. T. Armstrong in the House tonight. “Neither Reform or Liberal are ever likely to accomplish anything v.f lasting good for the working farmers or the working of thLs country. The policy of the Labour Party is ihe only policy likely to give some measure of relief to those who do the useful a’nd necessary work of this country.”
