(Per Press Assn). WELLINGTON, July 29.. The forecast is as follows:—Present indications are for strong northerly to westerly winds. The weather will be cloudy and unsettled generally, with rain, especially on the West Coast and in Southern dist riels. The barometer has a falling tendency.
