MURDER CHARGE.
Disagreed Jury. (A. and N.Z. Cable Association). MELBOURNE, May 26. Tn the case of a man named Kelly, who is charged with the murder of a woman, Mrs Overall, with w T hom he had resided (and who he alleges asked him to dispose of her body), the jury disagreed. They were discharged, and the case will be again tried in a month’s time.
