LYNCH LAW.
A NEGRO VICTIM. (Received April 30, 9.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, April 30. At Columbia, in Missouri, a mob partly composed of students of the University of Missouri, dragged a negro from gaol, and lynched him. The negro had been accused of attacking the 14-year-old daughter of a University professor.
