BIG LOCK-OUT.
BRITISH BOILERMAKERS. LONDON, April 30. A lock out of 10,000 boilermakers, employed in the shipyards, commences on Monday. It is owing to a repudiation of a national agreement as between the Fedejation of the Engineering and Shipbuilding Trades, whereto they belong, and the employers.
