TARIFF REFORM LEAGUE. LONDON, October 12. The Tariff Reform Lea gue, which came into existence in 1903, has decided to close down, its place being taken by the recently-formed Empire Development Union. Jiow remains to secure a fufilinent of the last Imperial Conference’s decision. It looks to the Empire Development Union to help forward to the full realisation of the great policy of Empire consolidation.
