WELLINGTON, July 25. Present indications are for variable breezes, southerlies and castcrli-es prevailing, freshening shortly. Weather will be fair generally, but misty conditions and scattered showers arc likely in the north and southernmost districts. The barometer shows little movement, but is falling soon in tho North.
