POLITICAL AGITzITION. [A. and N.Z. Cable Association.’] CAIRO, July 24. Snr writ Pasha has replied to Lord Allenby that the Government of Egypt regrets its utmost efforts have failed to stamp out crimes. It is now appointing a special section of the Ministry of the Interior to concentrate on the prevention of these poltical outrages.
