INDEMNITY WASTED.
ON BRITAIN’S RHINE ARMY. (Received July 25, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 24. In the House of Commons, Sir Robert Horne (Chancellor of the Exchequer) said that the Army of Occupation on tho Rhine hall cost Britain practically the full sum she had received from Germany on account of reparations.
