FREE TRANSIT TO NEW ZEALAND (Received July 23, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 22. In order to assist the New Zealand producers in their efforts to improve their cattle and sheep, the New Zealand shipping lines have decided to. accede to a request from a number of New Zealanders to convey pedigree blood stock to New Zealand free. The shippers are finding the fittings, fodder, and attendance.
