SAILORS’ MEMORIAL.
IN ERANCE. PARIS, July 20. M. Raiberti, Minister for Marine, in the presence of other Ministers, civil authorities, British and French sailors ami troops, unveiled a monument at C: pe Blancnez in honour of the sailors who died while serving in the Dover Patrol.
